The ‘Expedition Everest’ is one of the recent attractions at the animal kingdom at the Disney World. The ride is a mixture of roller coaster and a train journey. Built around the myth of the legendary “Yeti” or the guardian of the Himalayas; this ride starts with the guests boarding Mount Everest bound, vintage train. The train travels through gorges, glaciers, bamboo forests and waterfalls. The thrill and screams start once the smooth tracks transforms into twisted metals and then starts the heart pounding and adrenaline pumping dips and falls through dark caverns. If that was not enough you even come across the legendary Monster, Yeti to make your heart beat skip for a moment.

Due to its extreme nature of entertainment, pregnant mothers should strictly avoid these rides. Patients of heart, motion sickness and high blood pressure should avoid these rides, as they can aggravate their condition. To have the most out of these rides, summer is the ideal season.
