If you like speed and you have a courage Richard Petty Driving is only for you. I am glad that I am one of that type guys. This was my dream to drive an original racing car and in Disneyland I got this opportunity, which I didn’t miss. This was really a wonderful thrilling experience for me. The Richard Petty Driving Experience has 4 different programs available Ride Alone, Rookie Experience, King’s Experience and Experience of the life time. I can’t explain to you what was my filling during drive a dream car. But it is my promise that you will get an unforgettable experience after drive.

You should have good driving sense and driving license with you. Advance booking is compulsory. Be comfortable and confident and enjoy the drive with full speed. Visitors are welcome and Pit Entry is free. There is a shuttle service from the Ticket and Transportation Center, inquire when you make your reservations.

I have always wanted to drive a racing car and that too on a racetrack. With Richard Petty Driving experience, I could finally make my dream come true and a sat behind the wheels of a stock racing car. Driving the 600 HP was truly a memorable experience for me and everybody must feel it. There are different tracks in terms of difficulty and this means the whole family can participate in this thrilling experience.

It is recommended that you have a fair idea of the safety procedures needed for safe driving. To enjoy this attraction to its fullest, do remember to take care of all safety measures. If you are a speed freak then go for the special program titled ‘Experience of a Lifetime’, which allows you to drive 30 laps. I enjoyed this attraction immensely and so did my family.
